With a Master of Social Work degree and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization Management, boasts a total of 22 years of work experience in NGO management. Her core expertise lies in microfinance and microinsurance. She is completely aware of the formation of any NGO, society, Sec.8 companies etc. with all legalities and auditorial issues, she found herself as a good trainer, writer, evaluator, and supervisor. She is well aware of maintaining required communications, and linkages, building a professional relationship with the associate organizations, institutes etc. Developing project proposals, training tools, coordinating with the respective teams, etc are part of regular work. She has complete knowledge of urban slums across Pune city and the school dropout issues in children. Factors affecting the family’s stability in different aspects etc. she can very well coordinate all the required job responsibilities between community work to the top management through the regular formatted reports, program evaluations, case studies etc. organizing monthly meetings, periodic evaluation programs, and well fare activities for staff, beneficiaries are part of regular work.
